Delete your Kodi account and data
Landlords can ask for their Kodi account and all its records to be permanently deleted at any time.
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Because an account holds years of rent, payment and tenant records, we handle it as a confirmed request rather than a one-tap action — this protects you from accidental or unauthorised deletion.
How to ask
Email privacy@kodirentals.com from the email address on your account, or include the phone number you sign in with. Tell us your business name so we can confirm the request. We will confirm with you before anything is deleted and reply within 7 working days.
Want to keep a copy first? Print or download your statements, receipts and reports from the app before you ask, or ask us to help.
What gets deleted
- Your landlord account and sign-in
- Your buildings, houses, rates and meter readings
- Your tenants’ details, tenancies, balances and portal logins
- Charges, payments, receipts, statements and expenses
- Messages sent, SMS templates and your SMS wallet (unused credits are not refunded)
- Uploaded documents such as ID copies and tenancy agreements
How long it takes
Once confirmed, records are deleted within 30 days. Copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle shortly after.
Tenants
If you are a tenant and want your details removed, contact your landlord, who manages your records. You can also email us and we will pass your request on and help them respond.
