What you control

How do tenants log in?
With their phone number and a PIN, or straight from a personal link you share with them. They can change their PIN themselves.
Can tenants see other tenants’ details?
No. Each tenant only ever sees their own balance, receipts and payments.
Does a payment sent through the portal update the balance immediately?
It waits in your “Payments to review” list until you confirm it, so nothing is posted without you checking it first.
